Delivery & Returns

DELIVERY

Keman Sports will aim to despatch your order within one working day of it being placed, subject to stock levels. The standard delivery option normally takes 3-7 working days (Mon - Fri) depending on your location in the UK and may need to allow an extra couple of days for delivery. We use Royal Mail and a local courier service for our UK deliveries. If we forsee an unexpected delay or the item you have ordered is unavailable for any reason we will contact you and update you on the situation either by telephone or email. All quoted delivery times are based on standard working days i.e. Mon - Fri (excluding public holidays etc).

The delivery costs for mainland UK are as follows:

1st Class Delivery £3.95
Royal Mail 1st class recorded delivery. Please note all products delivered with this method will need to be signed for upon receipt.
Orders must be placed by 2pm for next day service.

Orders totalling £70.00 or more will incur no postage charge.

 All orders taken before 2pm will be processed and sent for delivery by 5pm the same day.

RETURNS

You have the right to cancel your order at any time within 7 days of placing it. If the goods have already been despatched they must be returned to us with their packaging and in their original condition within 14 days for refund of the purchase price excluding any delivery charge.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase it can be returned within 28 days of purchase for exchange with an alternative item or for a refund of the purchase price. All purchases are covered by a 28 day exchange or refund guarantee. Your statutory rights are unaffected. To return an item please follow the process below.

Products must be returned in their original condition including tags & packaging. If goods are not returned in the condition in which you received them we reserve the right to refuse such returns.

Upon receipt of the returned goods we will refund you any money you have paid us for the product(s) being returned, or exchange for an alternative item if required. Any original delivery costs are non-refundable under normal circumstances.  Keman Sports will not reimburse for any returned goods.
